As society is catching on that diversity and inclusion isn’t just a fad but a long-term strategy that will reap plenty rewards for all, there are key areas where individuals have an opportunity to take control to shape their own outcomes.
As a young, black, female serial entrepreneur starting out in her early 20’s during college, Alex Batdorf ’12, had to learn how to own her power to be taken seriously by both customers and investors. Now in her late 20’s, learning how to own her power has enabled Batdorf to co-build a multi-million dollar eCommerce business backed by investors, launch a business strategy coaching practice for female entrepreneurs, and create a Youtube series with the help of a former executive producer for Oprah.  In her webinar, Be A Badass: Owning Your Power in Business, you’ll learn the key things that supported Alex in her journey.
During this webinar, you’ll learn the following:

•    How diversity is ineffective without inclusion
•    How to stand in your purpose while pursuing profit
•    How to make meaningful connections and develop key relationships that will catapult  your career
•    How to nail your pitch
•    How to get what you want

Join us for this webinar if you want to learn how to own your power in business and let your inner badass out to play.
