About the Presenter:
Anka Twum-Baah MBA'08, AB'01 brings nearly 20 years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing, new product development, business insights, loyalty management, and partnership development across technology, payments, e-commerce, travel and lifestyle industries.  She currently serves as Sr. Director, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Marketing where she oversees interactive content development, Modern Workplace messaging, Customer Evidence & Advocacy for Fortune 500 customers as well as multi-channel engagement for the Microsoft 365 Enterprise solution.
Before Microsoft, Anka served as General Manager, Consumer Payments leading loyalty product and platform development for Shop with Points.  Before Amazon, Anka was the Asia Pacific Head of Customer Loyalty, Content, Digital Products and Partnerships for Marriott International based in Hong Kong.  In this role, Anka led portfolio marketing for Marriott Rewards, Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and Club Marriott Dining program.  Also, Anka led the development of content, digital marketing, and partnership disciplines for B2B and B2C customer segments driving increased revenue and overall guest satisfaction. Before Marriott, Anka worked for luxury travel start-up Rediscovered developing its global marketing, partnerships and multi-lingual channel strategy/execution across seven markets.  Anka also spent 6.5 years at American Express in the New York, London, and Singapore offices.  While at AMEX, Anka has held several roles with increasing responsibility including channel marketing across AMEX’s top US merchant accounts, business development within the telecom and online space, strategy/planning for the vice chairman’s office and loyalty platform development for the Membership Rewards product line. Anka is a Top 100 Global Marketer recognized by World Marketing Congress, and her work has been recognized by AdAge, Marketing Insider and Marketing Interactive.
Anka Twum-Baah holds a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she was a Rath Foundation Merit Scholar and completed a joint program in Economics and International Business with the London School of Economics.  Anka is also an alumna of The University of Chicago, AB in Political Science.
