This webinar, led in tandem by Linda Harvey, Career Strategist, and Anne Marie Segal, Executive Coach, articulates key means to lead your job search through a career change. First, reorient yourself to better understand your strengths and priorities and the career opportunities available. Second, discover the through-line for your career, including leadership and other transferrable skills, to create connections between your current and target roles. Third, actively lead your job search by gaining traction in your new career path and further credibility with your target audience. About the Presenters: 

Linda Levinson-Harvey, MBA'92, is an experienced career strategist, talent developer and coach with more than 25 years of experience working with clients seeking to advance their personal and professional lives.  Her practice includes career advisory and job search strategies for recent graduates as well as workforce re-entry for women and for seasoned professionals seeking promotion.  With a hands-on and pragmatic approach she guides clients toward identifying and pursuing their best-fit career paths and in securing opportunities to make their aspirations a reality. 
Linda has corporate consulting experience in the design, launch and integration of an Early Careers Program for a global technology professional services firm.  She provided thought leadership to senior executives in People Strategy, Hiring and Learning and Development.  Linda also served as coaching lead and program architect for new hires and interns.
Linda has global experience working in career management and admissions with top-tier MBA programs such as Chicago Booth, Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and the London Business School.  She was the inaugural staff director for the LEAD Program at Chicago Booth and additionally served the school by leading the Leadership portfolio of programs as a member of the Executive Education team.
Linda is active in workforce development, job readiness training and first-gen college programs in her community.  Previously she worked in management consulting and in human resources in the health care sector.  In addition to her MBA she is an alumna of the University of Chicago’s Graduate Program in Health Administration and Policy (GPHAP) and holds a BS in Psychology from Grinnell College.

As an executive coachAnne Marie Segal, AM'96 partners with senior and emerging leaders to facilitate career transitions, leadership development, job interview preparation, resume writing and personal branding. Prior to coaching, Anne Marie served as an attorney for 15 years, including at the international law firm White & Case LLP and a multi-strategy private equity and hedge fund manager.
Anne Marie is the author of two career-related books: Master the Interview: A Guide for Working Professionals and Know Yourself and Grow Your Career: The Personal Value Proposition Workbook. She has served as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, written on career and resume topics at Forbes.com and been quoted on CNBC.com, Monster, Above the Law and other media outlets.
Audiences for her presentations include the United Nations (ICTY/MICT), corporations, universities, non-profit organizations and the National Resume Writers Association, among other organizations. She is also the 2020 Conference and Workshop Facilitator for the PODER25 initiative of the Hispanic National Bar Association and HNBA Via Fund.
Holding a J.D. from New York University School of Law, an A.M. in Art History from The University of Chicago and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Loyola University of Chicago, Anne Marie is a certified Career Management Coach, Online Profile Expert and Professional Resume Writer.
